A shared workspace in a common area. When you purchase a Hot Desk, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk.
An assigned desk space in a large open area with other members. This dedicated space comes with a locker for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight. You can book a dedicated desk for 15 days of the month or the entire month.

For workspaces, you just need to select a location and the desired date on The Founders Café website/App. For conference rooms, you’ll also be able to select available rooms at our locations based on the room size and length of the reservation. For both workspace and conference room reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.
Conference room size varies. Generally, our conference rooms accommodate teams of 4–8 persons.
A daily workspace provides access to a designated work area in a shared common room, working side-by-side with other TFC members. You’ll have ample space to set up your laptop for the day, a power port and Wi-Fi. In addition, you also have access to a host of amenities.
All plans allow you to make workspace reservations on our website/App.
Workspaces can be reserved Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM local time. You can reserve a workspace for a month, fortnightly or daily.
You may edit a workspace reservation up to 24 hours in advance and a conference room reservation up to 3 hours before your meeting.
Yes, the Founders Café requires a retainer fee equivalent to 1 month’s membership fees to secure a dedicated desk.
Members with Dedicated Desks or Team rooms are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating.
As a TFC member you will receive regular updates about the events happening around you with a registration link. You can also register yourself for events on The founders Café website in the ‘events ‘section.
10% of the Rental charge will be levied on you if booking is cancelled up to 1 calendar day (24 hours) prior to commencement of reservation of premises booking start date and start time (local time zone of the booking venue). For reservations that fall outside the refundable cancellation window stated above, the same can still be cancelled but ‘without’ any refund (except for security deposit if applicable) and THE FOUNDERS CAFE shall have the right to charge you for the entire booking period.
